Following its acquisition of TaylorMade, adidas wanted an integrated environment for the two brands that would position the company for its next successful phase as TaylorMade-adidas Golf. Shortly after Gensler designed the new two-floor workplace and showroom, TMaG also acquired Ashworth, creating the challenge of understanding and integrating yet another distinct brand. A shared open workspace, breakout areas and a centralized kitchen provide opportunities for formal and informal collaboration and socialization. Highly visible showrooms for the three retailers retain the uniqueness of their distinct brands while bringing them together as a unified whole.
