Doug has served numerous rotations on Gensler’s Management Committee and is a leader within the firm’s Corporate Campus and Commercial Office Buildings Practice Area networks. Many of his projects have been recognized with awards, including the Tower at PNC Plaza, Partners Healthcare (now Mass General Brigham) Headquarters, and MathWorks Lakeside Campus. Notable current work includes the 1.8-million-SF Hub on Causeway and the redevelopment of One Post Office Square, both in Boston.
Doug has participated in speaking engagements such as “Practice as Project” at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design, the Architecture Boston Exposition, and NP International on “Designing Performance,” and presented at the Building Owners and Managers Association International Advisory Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and was previously a member of Cornell University’s College of Architecture Advisory Council.
