Carlos Sin
Co‑Managing Director
Carlos is the Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Bogotá office and architect with 29 years of professional experience and over 18 years of project management and leadership experience. He has extensive experience in international projects financed by multilateral banks and private resources in countries such as Panama, Suriname, Uruguay, and Mexico. He has worked on resilience and climate change strategies for cities, participating in programs such as 100 Resilient Cities and Ecuador’s National Resilience Network, where he delivered innovative solutions for the built, social, and natural environments.
Additionally, he has managed over 1.5 million square meters of built projects with significant regional impact, including the National Educational Infrastructure Plan for 500 schools, the LEED Gold Atrio Towers, and the LEED Silver Fundación Santa Fe Hospital.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá.
