Kerri Henderson, LEED GA

Kerri is the Strategy Leader for Gensler Europe as well as a Research Leader. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and builds strong relationships based on trust as she seeks to understand each client’s unique perspective and organizational culture. Drawing on over 15 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, Kerri integrates strategic thinking, design experience, research, and client service expertise to create innovative, business-focused strategies for work environments.

In her role as the Research Leader for Europe, Kerri has led multiple research and innovation projects focused on workplace strategy, including the UK Workplace Survey. As a sponsor of Gensler’s Design Strategist Development Program, Kerri is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of strategy-minded design talent. Kerri is a LEED-accredited professional. She has worked in New York, Beijing, Paris, Toronto, and is currently based in Gensler’s London office. She holds a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University.
