Alison is a Senior Project Manager / Senior Producer based in the Los Angeles office who works across Gensler's slate of multi-disciplinary experiential programs. She is a collaborative producer with over a decade of experience in cross-functional leadership. She started her career in unscripted and game-show television before finding her passion in immersive, location- based entertainment. As a producer at Thinkwell (now Tait) she produced the development and integration of 5 multi-media & VR attractions, 11 interactive games and parkwide audio for Lionsgate Entertainment World in China. She also lead design development of multiple live shows for Sea World Abu Dhabi. At Gensler, she leads large scale multimedia technology driven projects across the globe.
