Scott is a global leader of Gensler’s Product Development practice and Director of Product Development for its Northeast region. Located in New York, he and his cross-functional project teams collaborate with manufacturers around the world on the design, development, and introduction of new products for the built environment — from furniture and lighting to flooring and wall systems. Prior to joining Gensler, Scott earned an MBA in marketing from Northwestern University and worked for more than two decades in the office equipment, surfacing materials, housewares, travel goods, and fashion accessories industries. He has led both employers and licensing partners — including MillerKnoll, General Electric, Samsonite, and Mohawk Industries — in bringing functionally and aesthetically advanced products to market, and his career launches have generated more than $3 billion in cumulative wholesale revenue. Scott’s experience in senior-level marketing, product development, licensing, and creative services roles helps him excel at building client relationships and meeting client objectives.
