In his more than 25 years at Gensler’s New York office, Andrew’s work has been informed with a strategic, business-focused understanding of the client’s objectives. He has worked across the firm to establish and nurture the design strategy discipline, helping to build a global design strategy practice. Andrew works with companies from diverse industries, harnessing information to develop successful, implementable strategies to improve people’s experience and deliver on business goals. He has deep experience with financial and technology industries, as well as extensive work in the media and health science industries. His recent work includes establishing high-performance work environments on a portfolio scale, and development of strategies for mobile and agile workplaces. Andrew has a passion for bringing real estate and technology together to achieve business goals. Before joining Gensler, he was part of the operations group at Cornell Medical College. Andrew holds a BFA in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
