With more than 20 years of experience in architectural design and construction, Joe serves as a Technical Director with a portfolio of award-winning projects that range from complex mixed-use developments to commercial office, retail, residential, and tall buildings in China and Australia. Joe’s approach to successful project delivery is based on incorporating technical requirements with design and developing innovative solutions for complex construction issues, earning him a reputation among international clients for exceptional design delivery. Joe is a licensed architect, a member of the NSW Architects Registration Board in Australia, and a member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat’s Expert Chinese Translation Committee.
