Julie is a Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s La Crosse office and brings over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality SaaS solutions to corporate real estate clients. Her passion is to help clients achieve their business goals, by understanding the link between human behavior and the effectiveness of their organization’s workplace. This is facilitated by a philosophy of achieving balance between human capital, organizational process — and leveraging innovative technology to support both. This philosophy drives Julie’s leadership of Gensler’s integrated workplace management SaaS solutions, as well as technology product innovations to further enhance workplace performance and employee experience.

Julie believes creating a positive workplace experience and environment extends beyond just the office. She leads in her community through service as a member of Gundersen Medical Foundation’s Philanthropy Committee and as a Board member and Design Committee Chairperson for Downtown Mainstreet Inc.
