Located in Gensler's New York office, Maddy has a broad portfolio of projects and a reputation as a leader of successful collaborations with high-profile clients and peer design firms. In addition to her role as Project Director for the recently completed renovation of the iconic Ford Foundation, she was Principal-in-Charge for the expansion project for the Museum of Modern Art and served in a similar capacity for the Vagelos Graduate and Medical Education Center at Columbia University, and most recently for the International Center of Photography at Essex Crossing. Maddy has worked closely with the New York Public Library, the Jackie Robinson Foundation, and the New Museum. She serves as Chair of the Dean’s Council of the University of Buffalo’s School of Architecture and Planning and has lectured at the Pratt Institute, Columbia University, New York University, and Harvard University. Maddy’s work has been published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Record, and Fast Company, among other outlets. Maddy holds a Bachelor's of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
