Wes is an economist that employs real estate analysis, financial due diligence, and market assessments to help stakeholders interpret data and make meaningful project decisions. He leads a quantitatively focused team of professionals. His team includes economists, market analysts, business planning professionals, urban planning professionals, economic development specialists, and statisticians, among others. Project engagements encompass public and private corporations, developers, institutions, and governments, including more than 300 projects across the US and around the globe. Complex, ambiguous and/or multidisciplinary assignments are a specialty. Wes holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with Honors in Economics from St. Edwards University. He studied international trade, economics, and finance at the London School of Economics General Course Program and comparative political and economic systems at Georgetown University. Wes is a member of ULI and LAI.
