Allison serves as one of Gensler’s regional education, civic, and culture practice leaders, as well as the firm’s global faith-based project expert. She is known for her diplomacy, project rigor, and exemplary client service. Her years of experience running a non-profit organization guide her approach to project management and she has spent her architectural career specializing in working with public and non-profit clients. Allison values and demonstrates whole-person leadership and actively mentors those around her as she practices courageous leadership from the heart. Allison’s dedication and knowledge of community-focused project dynamics allow her to challenge the design team’s assumptions and truly aid in the understanding of the client’s needs.
