Design Resilience Leader, Senior Design Manager, Senior Associate

Eric brings over 30 years of experience as an architect and design manager, leading the critical development and delivery of numerous projects of varying types. As Design Resilience Leader for Gensler Sports, Eric is focused on guiding the success of ongoing large-scale stadia, arenas, sports-anchored entertainment districts, and training facilities around the world. Recent sports projects include the award-winning Banc of California Stadium for the Los Angeles Football Club, The Star in Frisco for the Dallas Cowboys, the expansion of BMO Field for Toronto FC, the 100,000-seat Guangzhou Evergrande Stadium, and the new Q2 Stadium for Major League Soccer’s newest franchise, Austin FC. From sporting venues and high-rise office buildings to media centers and museums, Eric brings an essential understanding of how to resolve complex design challenges in a way that is buildable, innovative, and exceeds client expectations. Eric received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Texas, Arlington, and his Master’s in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.
