Filo Costa, LEED AP, NCIDQ

Filo is the Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Toronto office with more than 25 years of experience designing for financial services, consumer goods, technology, and media companies. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and her trusted counsel to clients such as Accenture, TD Bank, Deloitte, Booking.com, and the city of Toronto. Filo has lead efforts across the spectrum of corporate interior design work — from project management, corporate real estate, and facilities management to furniture A&D sales and marketing — which gives her and her clients a unique perspective. She is a guiding force and a natural mentor who gives her teams opportunities to flourish, and her leadership has resulted in 10 ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario) awards and 1 REmmy Award. Filo studied visual arts at the University of Western Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Manitoba.
