As Gensler’s Chief People Officer, Janine leads initiatives across our 46 global locations related to all aspects of the firm’s human capital initiatives including talent development, human resources core services, talent acquisitions, global mobility, licensure management, training and development, leadership development, succession planning, promotions and recognition programs. With more than 28 years of experience in organizational development, Janine pioneered the Talent Development studio at Gensler, a corporate strategy division that recognizes the relationship of talent issues to achieving the firm’s mission to redefine what is possible through the power of design. Under her direction, Gensler has shaped innovative professional development strategies that align with the firm’s key business objectives, continually increasing the return on thought leadership and human capital investments. Her achievements in designing and delivering Gensler’s talent development programs earned her Chief Learning Officer’s “2015 Global Learning Gold Award.” Prior to joining Gensler, Janine was Vice President of Education for the Urban Land Institute. A Gensler Principal, Janine holds a B.S. in Sociology and Gerontology from Brigham Young University.
