As Strategy Director in Gensler’s San Francisco office, Lisa is a design leader in the transformation and innovation space for global clients across diverse industries. With a background in user experience and an interest in data-informed storytelling, she believes any project can be infused with evidenced-based insight. Lisa has taught at the California College of the Arts and has participated on panels at the Stanford d.School and UC Berkeley College of Environmental Design. Her work has been published in Tim Brown’s Change by Design and boutique firm Hanrahan Meyers Architect’s Four States of Architecture. Her partnership with design teams at Gensler has won numerous awards from the IIDA and AIA, as well as GSA’s Real Property Innovation Award. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Wellesley College and a Master’s of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
