Tom is a recognized expert in the fields of real estate strategy, high performance buildings, and workplace innovation. Top developers around the world seek his expertise to help position real estate assets for commercial and retail tenants. His progressive approach to real estate is informed by a combination of urbanism, lifestyle, planning, and brand experience. Tom has worked on a range of projects for global clients including Novartis, Sanofi, Vornado, Blackstone, Cornell University, and General Electric. His work includes biotech developments in Boston, pharma headquarters in New York, tower repositionings in New York and Chicago, and technology centers in Oakland and San Francisco. Tom serves on the boards of The Center for an Urban Future, The New York City Landmarks Preservation Foundation, and Cornell University’s Graduate School of Real Estate. His projects and thought leadership have been featured in Fast Company, MSNBC, The New York Times, and NPR. Tom received his Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
