Tom’s experience is derived from his time living, working, and studying in cities around the globe. He believes that mixed-use infill development and the evolution of our cities — from a suburban focus to modern centers — are key to positively affecting our environment, our economies, and our social well-being. Throughout his career, Tom has designed more than 6,000 dwelling units and 500,000 square feet of creative office and retail space in projects with a combined construction cost of more than $2 billion. He also designed and developed two award-winning adaptive re-use loft projects in Los Angeles. Tom holds a five-year Bachelor of Architecture from USC and is a member of the AIA:LA Political Outreach Committee and Central City Association.
